My goodness, you are a talented fellow! The bowls are magnificent! Hey, do you play guitar while you are hanging out it your pottery booth? I think that would be a great combo!
No, I never play the guitar while in the booth, but I have an inexpensive guitar that I carry with me to lots of shows. Over the years I've run into many other artists who play, and we've had lots of fun hanging out, playing, and singing before and after shows.
For a few years at Winterfair in Columbus, OH there were as many as 14-15 artists who would get together for a big jam before the start of each day.
Larry Berman took photos of the jam one year and posted them here: http://65.181.178.146/artshows/winterfair.htm
Funny thing, too. At that jam, almost every participant was a potter. There's some connection between music and pottery.
Beautiful work John!
